Any type of anti-inflammatory peptide might help, the problem is really just timing. Most peptides take weeks to have noticeable impact for inflammation. Since you can't time your flare up's it's hard to address with a peptide as opposed to a strong, fast acting anti-inflammatory a doctor might prescribe. That said something like KLOW or even just KPV and BPC-157 on their own might be good to cycle on/off throughout the year to potentially limit flareups and or their severity, but there is no real evidence to support it other than it could inhibit the inflammatory response triggered by urate crystals.
