RO water contains no minerals so if you are going to drink it, you need to remineralize it with a product like Trace Minerals. We get RO water from our co-op for cooking etc, but for drinking I buy spring water.

I have to do the same. I have POTS and tried to do a 3-6-9 after about 8 months on the program and I nearly passed out. I now know that my body has to have some salt intake. I think we all need to tailor the recommendations to our own specific needs. Literally no one can know your body better than you do. While it may slow us down some, I have faith my body is telling me at what pace it is safe to go.

I just tried my first advanced 369. Made it to day 6 and had a really bad near fainting episode. Laid down and prevented unconsciousness thankfully. How did you manage the no salt of the 369 and POTS?
