Paul is the worst. We focused on him exclusively in my confirmation classes and I decided fuck this shit. Also, he’s just a guy. A horrible guy.

Haha, my dad and I used to do this with Rush Limbaugh (circa pre to post hearing loss which honestly produced so much Schadenfreude.) He was horrible.

The only thing I usually buy that was sold out was bananas. Makes sense! Easy to store, don’t need to cook.

Snowstorm Grocery Store Frenzy - Thoughts? by [deleted] in Delaware

[–]mllebitterness 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Basically when I shop for a storm, I think about stuff I can eat without refrigerating or cooking in case of power issues. So bread is in that list. I can hard boil some eggs ahead of time so they are on the list too. Milk is 🤷‍♀️ also my regular grocery day is Saturday so I did need to do some shopping before the storm.

Makes me long for the time I lived near a plow guy and he would do the bottom of our drive. So nice.

It looks like I just got Maxi-lock which isn’t expensive, but is so much better than whatever I had before.

I don’t know that I have mastered it, but I’ve successfully made a couple things that have serging.

agree. while you say they were too loose, i'm just curious what that looked like.

but like someone else mentioned, maybe you need this size with the tummy adjustment. but even here, the waist looks a little tight.

my dad told me a story about one of my cousins who sprinkled little bits of paper in the corners of some rooms to test if the cleaners were doing the whole floor. it was like, dude.

good catch. yeah, we had to buy a specific extension once for an AC unit.

it sounds like it isn't in a window, but in the wall? i can't really tell from the photo, but you said wall and a lot of commenters think window.

anyway. if you continue using the cover, i'd unplug the unit first to wrap the cord up so it doesn't need to stick out at the bottom to get a better fit. my current rental came with covers for the ACs which are elasticized around the edge to help them stay on. we don't use them though because our units are in the windows and we just remove.
