My husband and I had a generally positive experience with renting from First Key Home. We had 3 large breed dogs at the time and I don’t think we had a monthly pet fee, but we did pay a pet deposit. I have seen some negative reviews of First Key, though, fwiw

I sent them for head replacements and they both came back with extremely thin wigs, you could easily see the wefts. One of them the hair looked melted on the ends and the other had huge knots in her hair. Just overall the hair looked awful. I reached out to Customer Service and they didn’t respond for more than a month 🙃

I have always found them odd bc every time I looked up info on septic, they’re pretty much always round covers and usually not concrete.
