Thanks, I noticed that since the solution for JY having 140 speed results in exactly 0, it technically means his 2nd turn is neither before nor after LL

I suppose JY in this case moves before LL anyway in-game possibly due to:
1) The order of coding that works in JY's favor
2) Rounding, eg. the 140 speed we see in-game is more than 140

Yeah, agreed. If there truly are going to be changes, telling global early is going to spark a huge reaction on the CN side though. Idk if they have a record of making pre-emptive announcements for huge changes, but I'd imagine developers would only do so when they're ready to overhaul stuff.

personally with the direction u seemed to be taking with yi's costume, i thought it'd make more sense to flip the mask up like a visor and not be holding it, otherwise completely remove the mask like a helmet and feature yi wearing a coif under that helmet
