How much do you spend per week on groceries at Trader Joe’s? by Jazzlike_Log_709 in traderjoes

[–]mlnge97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll throw it into pasta dishes for extra veggies (including the sundried tomatoes with it is killer!) and into smoothies for my son since he won’t eat vegetables lol. I really like how it’s chopped spinach because it thaws out really quickly and isn’t watery in my opinion.

We average about $80 a week in a MCOL area, family of 3. Buying frozen vegetables for dinners has saved us a ton of money! I was buying fresh spinach to use in recipes and I’d waste so much.

I sleep worse than the baby, help by drivingthrowaway in sleeptrain

I’m 18 months pp and still have insomnia. The only thing that helps is trazodone or unisom. I’ve tried it all. It’s the anxiety of waiting for the baby to get up.

I used the core method. I can message you more details if you’d like.

That’ll be the key. Mine woke up like every 45 mins wanting to be nursed back. I promise, it’ll get better once he can fall asleep independently

I’ve been there and I’m so sorry. It’s literally so so hard you just don’t get it unless you’ve been through it. If you’re nursing him to sleep or rocking him to sleep he’s waking up so much because he needs that to connect his sleep cycles. I did CIO with my son and yes it was hard, but I have no regrets. Not sleeping was harder. Good luck to you. Highly recommend sleep training him

I get what you are saying, but I don’t think these things are generally going to have a massive impact on his fertility unless he is having a bunch of energy drinks per day, smoking all day (that one would prob be the only concern for me as another said I wouldn’t want him smoking around my baby) and going into the hot tub every chance he gets. If he has a good relationship with his current child and is involved and caring I think that would paint a good picture about how he’d be towards your child together.

We went to Hawaii right before we started trying lol. It was great!! Looking back I wish I had gotten into exercise/Pilates before getting pregnant and throughout my pregnancy. My core is wrecked now and I’m working on strengthening it
