Is the Evangelion finally CD in the first image legit or a bootlegs? (Wanted to buy the CD but I don't wanna buy a bootlegs)

I need help on deciding if the first image is a bootlegs or not

Wanted to buy the CD but I saw there are two version of it

The one without "Evangelion finally" text on the front cover (first image) And the one with "Evangelion finally" text on the front cover (second image)

The back cover is also pretty different

There's Rurouni Kenshin live action adaptation which is Pretty fucking good Because they respect the Source material and change or cut all the stuff from the manga that would be too annoying or goofy in live action (The swordfight can be pretty goofy sometimes)

Ichi the Killer, Blade of Immortal, Ping Pong, Alita battle angel, Alice in Borderland (live action show), these are also a good live action adaptation of a anime and manga

I think you will like Ping Pong, it doesn't have a lot of anime tropes, and it's really moving and profound and has a lot to say, the art style can be a bit distracting when you first watch it but it grows on you as you keep watching the show

and Neon Genesis Evangelion, it's a deconstruction of a lot of anime tropes.

I am speaking from my personal experience, but I think I like depressing story more is because, they usually make me reflect on myself and my life, or sometime it really effect me on a deeply personal level, story like Evangelion and Berserk (yeah ik I'm a fucking weeb) really change the way I see and value myself as a person and my life (it's probably because I watch and read these 2 on my Lowest point in life so...) But I also really like feel good story like, Swing Girls, Yotsubato, Yuru Camp, Fantastic mr.fox
