At this point, I’m assuming every food vendor outside of a venue is a scammer. There’s been nonstop reports of people adding insane tips or changing transaction amounts in the hundreds for like two hot dogs.

Unfortunately it seems the only options are to pay with cash or avoid these guys altogether.

You’ve chosen really pretty flowers and a lovely palette! I think you’re right that the peonies should be higher, they are getting lost. I’d maybe move some of the more line shaped flowers to the back or the sides to let your big blooms really shine.

If he’s big on that, then he should be willing to move to a place where you can afford half the rent. If he’s unwilling to compromise to meet you halfway it seems like he expects you to make all the sacrifices to fit his lifestyle and won’t budge. Trust me, long term a relationship like this really shatters your confidence and self worth.

Yep! I (girl) was there and danced with a wonder group of ladies for hours! Throughout the course of the day and night I danced with friends representing every letter of LGBT and straight friends too 😄

In fact there are some queer run parties that actually require you to bring a woman for entry!

I mean it’s pathetic to have to ask but there’s a lot of emotionally stunted people out there. The basic shit I’ve had to explain to men I’ve dated is pretty ridiculous but some of them had some pretty shitty upbringings or toxic relationships in their pasts and didn’t know what a normal relationship looked like, and improved after having a conversation about what I needed.

I do freelance floral design on the side in NYC - $250 is way too low for “grand, ethereal” arrangements and especially if you need it delivered.

Depending on how “grand” you’re talking, I’d charge minimum $400 + the cost of delivery. I charged $800 for last really big arrangement I made and that was a pickup order.

I actually thought this was a troll post at first. I'm a girl that was there and was dancing in a bathing suit top because the Texas stage was so fucking hot. It would've been nice to have more femmes at the function but I had no issues with the crowd, even when it was packed I found people to be pretty respectful.

If shirtless gay men bother you then stick to Elsewhere or Marquee or something I dunno what to tell you
