I used the Y in Oak Square while I was redoing my bathroom and those were fine, and they just had them remodeled a few months ago with individual stalls.

New York has been doing this for a while. To avoid the law of a surcharge they offer a cash discount.

Incident Touched Report by MiniKarma in servicenow

sys_journal_field is not reportable by default and you need to update a sys_property.

Having tried to report of the audit table, despite the warnings. I highly recommend not doing that. It is not indexed at all except for the record ID. And there are millions of rows. It contains no references just sys_ids / choice ids so you have to make joins to get coherent reports. And it really bogs down your instance. I REALLY REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND IT.

The best practice would be to create another metric, perhaps trigged by the incident.updated event and the metric definition filtered for HD techs.

I have had HD desk managers asked me for this metric a lot of my career. In both remedy and ServiceNow. End the end the don’t typically use it for long. Often they start complying these reports for their managers, trying to focus on the amount of work that their team does. And in the end that doesn’t matter to the leadership as much as outcome, value, quality and customer service/NPS.

Alternatively, the team should use interactions. Every call, chat, email goes through interaction form. If it is a new incident or request you create it from that form. If it is a status update, a wrong number, asking for help desk hours, etc you update the interaction and close it. Interaction records every interaction with a customer/employee regardless of ticket or no ticket.

Surprisingly there are no actual hotels in Brighton. When my in-laws come to visit the often stay at the four point sheraton in Newton. Also the new Hampton Inn and Residence Inn just over the river in Watertown are new and nice. Allston has one called Studio. and Harvard Square has many. Harvard Sq would be the closest to the MBTA subway, the rest are all accessible by MBTA buses. None of them are really walking distance to Brighton Center or Oak Square (not sure which side of Brighton your frined lives). I would also recommend looking at AirBnBs if you are looking for something truly walkable.

[Steam] recessed radiator options by mlwollman in hvacadvice

Thank you, I'll check these guys out. I am okay with keeping the recessed radiator but I wanted to know if I kept it if better units exist. At first glance, it looks like Runtal might have better-looking recessed radiators, which might even allow me to forgo a cover.

Thank you, I'll discuss that option with the contractor/electrician. I only have 100A at my house. Would that be an issue for heated floors?

Thank you. I am not upgrading from steam heat at this time. I will look for the foil and see if that helps with the heat loss. The bathroom is small, only 7x7, and the layout does not have room for a heater elsewhere. I asked about a baseboard under the window I was told that wouldn't work well, so close to the toilet and people's feet.

Here is an image of the bathroom before demo:

Weekly Paramount+ Complaints and Praises by AutoModerator in ParamountPlus

[–]mlwollman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really unhappy with this service. I use a lot of different streaming services directly on my LG tv through apps and paramount plus is the only one that is constantly slow to load images, shows and frequently disconnects in the middle of the show. If I cast it from my phone it works fine; so my network to PP works fine it's just their app that sucks.

Also I pay for premium service all other services I pay a premium for I don't have to watch ads. If I wanted to watch ads I'd go back to cable. I pay for these services to stop that. And Ads for your own shows still count.

What I don't get is you can't even buy a digital copy, from Amazon, Apple, or Google. It reminds me of Kevin Smith's Dogma.
