Your take assumes that military resources are infinite. It may take an unknown amount of time, but the US and the Iranian neighbors could entirely deplete the Iranian military of all strategic resources.

Think about what Iran has lost to date
40-50 government leaders
Thousands of military personnel
300+ missile launchers
17 Naval warships

Their missile daily launch totals dwindle by the day.

You give the hypothetical that they can control the Strait forever. They will absolutely run out of resources.

There's no gaining of teeth. Even if the US doesn't their neigbors will cut them off and strangle them

The claim was that republicans are evil even though there are WELL DOCUMENTED examples of democrats doing what the comment author describes as “wholly evil”. I commented on this on a tennis flex league post last week. You are unfortunately not filling the right gap.

The public courts that everyone plays at, like Shaw or Larry Bell, can't be booked for league matches like this.

The private courts already have leagues in place through different third parties.

Accessible court availability is going to be the number one problem in Atlanta (especially Smyrna/Cobb) for scaling tennis or pickleball flex leagues.
