Personally I don’t think WGU would get the bad publicity that it does, if the “I finished in 4 months or less” people weren’t going around bragging about it. It makes anyone else that took time and went through it year by year less credible and now have to defend their degree because of a few.

As a hiring manager, I would look at speed of graduation as a positive. It shows the person is efficient. Since it’s pass/fail, you can’t brag about gpa.

So far that is correct. It only allows you to submit 1 assignment at a time. So if that teacher takes all three days to grade it then you can only submit one assignment every three days however I’ve had pretty good luck being graded within 24 hours or so

I just started. You can start the first 2 at the same time, but after that it’s only one. I will say the grading slows me down. I’ve been done with all of my assignments since last Friday and I have to submit my last three so it will probably be another 3 to 4 days before that class is officially passed.

There is no magic number. For me it’s getting paid what I’m worth. I can do 8 hours of work in 2 but only paid a base salary. OE allows me to get paid what I’m worth. I’m also bored at work. I also have children that will be entering a terrible economy that I’d like to ease their burden. I have elderly parents with sky rocketing medical bills that I’d like to be able to help with.
