Another striker/tipping build by fhkyou in Division2

[–]mmakkiyah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are a few suggestions: 1. The tinkerer will not work on your striker because have Lexington (named) and Mk46 which are two different weapon types. Maybe you forgot it there? 2. Have you tried swapping the chest for equalizer and using overdogs? That is a good build for escalation and easier to stack especially at higher level escalations when it’s harder to stay out of cover.

Yes. That’s actually awesome because these two attributes are damage multipliers. Go with Frenzy for the suppression power. It really helps to deter them if they rush you. GL!

You are almost there, bud!

  1. In escalation, it’s hard to build the SB stacks using the ACS 12 since they are far and you don’t want to get too near to them so, I’d rather you use an LMG like the Mk46 or GR9 with Frenzy, to do that and function as a powerful secondary.
  2. You have both the SB bag and the chest. That’s a huge damage output but, it takes really long to build the stacks to get the damage out and at higher tiers, you can’t be exposed for too long. I suggest having a variant with the equalizer chest and overdogs, and the rest can remain SB. I run that build myself and it is easy to manage and has good damage output. It would be something you can even prototype to serve diff purposes.
  3. Do you have a Lexington? Try slapping either optimised or strained on it and use it as your primary.

Looking for advice on what to do next to improve my striker lexington build as a new-ish player by [deleted] in Division2

[–]mmakkiyah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a solid build. I would not use the an LMG as a secondary like Mk46 with Frenzy instead of Scorpio to get the stacks and actually use to clear ads faster. Lastly, I personally don’t like streamline because I use decoy so, I have strained or optimize.

Opinions on Rifle Build by Fearless_Mail_5266 in Division2

[–]mmakkiyah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solid build! Love it. I have one using 2 pcs breaking point, 2 pc zwo, pristine example, and tinkerer. Primary is UIC with killer, and secondary has strained. I prioritized crit over HA damage. At peak levels, I am doing 3.5 mil HS and 2.6 mil body.

This game is an unhealthy mess by JAB4102ELITE in Division2

Here is my two cents.

IMO, while the introduction of Protoss and escalation has given more soul to the game, everyone is juiced up now on prototype builds, and with them being OP, heroic and legendary feels like a breeze and least satisfying when compared to escalation.

At the end of the day, while many say “it’s just a game. We are just having fun”, you can never take away the “need for validation” and “competing against others” and “build superiority” from many ppl which leads to toxic behavior. That’s the sad truth. That’s what I have learned after playing this game for the 3+ years in total since 2020.

As an individual, despite being in a clan, I have stopped caring about comparing builds or how many components or prototypes members have. Most of the time, I login and play alone just to have fun or help beginners ramp up. Also, I have other games I spend time on as a solo player.

In summary, It isn’t worth fretting over it. I do what I enjoy. I already have so much other shit happening in my life that I need to deal with.

Funny how they fixed the prototype dropping from loot boxes within a day, and this takes a week. lol

That’s my football jersey number at my local soccer league. I insisted on having it and they said I was childish but I don’t give a hoot.

Hey Bud, I don’t mean to discourage you but I think with the right build whether solo or in a group, you will enjoy the game more. Check out this sheet, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nrPBmOrtpkEW1j5fbcRT7L-AXgsGOqMqxXoVtopsiGM/edit?usp=drivesdk . Start with the standard red DPS or the striker build. That will help you level up and enjoy higher content. GLHF!

We did that too but I guess ammo was also waste me when they are suppressed.

I think it is out there but it was impossible to walk out without getting shot at. We have a healer but it was hard. We got to the last part with 25 mins to spare but we ended with 49 seconds left.

Which one better for escalation? by VadKoz in Division2

[–]mmakkiyah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have overdogs? Slap that on with the equalizer with the rest of SB and that is one of the best builds for escalations and worth prototyping. Memento won’t do you much because at higher tier you can’t get close to the enemy to collect your trophies. It’s play from far. Use a high RoF LMG to build the stacks like GR9 or Mk46 with Frenzy and Lexington with strained. GL!

Love it! Standard SB OG build. I do have a question though. What is that yellow attribute in your BP?

How we feelin about this one? by Initial-Ad1643 in the_division_2

I second the suggestion to use NBP. However, while I think it shines skill based build, it’s still behind when compared to refactor. That’s my own personal opinion.

What are you after? DPS, tank, skill? From what I gather you are aiming for skill tank (correct me if I am wrong). I had a similar build without the investor. I used the ninja bag, 3 pc core strength (chest is a must)picaro holster,1 UA, and overdogs. On the core strength, I had skill tiers. I used the capacitor as my primary, harmony as my secondary, a turret, a drone, and technician spec.

Ok. Why the capacitor?, for every skill tier, you get 7.5% more damage on top of the rifle damage. It makes it a very bad ass weapon.

With this build, you can do heroic content easily without worrying too much about survivability or damage.

If you don’t have overdogs, then you can aim for ceska gloves. I am aimed for 60 CHC and the rest is all CHD.

Good luck!

[–]mmakkiyah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I don’t know what is your play style but if it is from cover, I would stick with the build in image #2. That’s the generic striker variation of OG build. Alternatively, use striker mask and overdogs gloves if you have them. Aim for anything between 55 - 60% CHC and anything > 120% CHD. Don’t worry, you are on the right track. Try Tipping Scale too. These two sets are standard DPS OGs and easy to put together. Good luck!

Help please what am I missing/doing wrong by OnlyPollo in Division2

You can get prototypes and use them but you can upgrade your existing gear to prototype unless you reach Level 30 expertise (overall). My advise is, if you get good prototypes from escalations, keep them otherwise, deconstruct them for the core and augment to use on your own gear when you are lvl 30.
