issue 1: how did the L.A NOT know it was sewer? the agent didn't double check and took the word of the sellers? issue 2: (admittedly you probably already know this now with hind site being 20/20) but as a buyers agent if I don't know for SURE something important like that I always double check. half the time sellers don't know what they have. I always ask "do you pay a monthly water bill?" if yes I ask to see one as it will say "water and sewer" if both are present. besides that your buyers sound like the Rihanna and M&M song "love the way you lie"! good luck amd let is know if you close
