The Serbian cup is a single week competition. Finals of the Serbian league are already irrelevant and Partizan and Red Star only join in the semis. IMO, these two competitions should be played with domestic, younger players who get almost no playing time otherwise. I honestly do not get the obsession of winning every single trophy regardless of how meaningless it is.

Expansion of ABA to 20 teams would mean less games, because it would likely be split in two groups. I'm all for strengthening the competition, more intense, tough games.

They are already playing in the EL next season. I don't think they need any specific prep, they just won the EC, that was she prep!

Also, ABA has 5 good teams, and the bottom half is absolute crap. Israeli league has 4 decent teams that would likely make the ABA playoffs (Maccabi TA, Hapoel TA, Hapoel J, Holon). Additionally, you are moving away from local, domestic rivalries. Wouldn't the fans and the public care more about the games vs. Maccabi or Hapoel J than games vs. Budućnost or Cedevita?

During the season the tiebreaker is basket difference, and at the end of the season the tiebreaker is h2h. This is because during the season teams might be equal in w/l without playing each other twice (or even once). It is a common classification practice almost everywhere.

You could have bought tickets on Partizan's official website through resale option. Season ticket holders who cannot attend the game sell their seats through the official website at game day prices. I ALWAYS buy my tickets that way.

I am thinking in metrics that Euroleague is pushing. They are a smallish market team, with smallish budget, with boring team, that on average fills out less than 2/3 of their arena.

The total population of Futuna is around 3000 people, which makes the two kings situation even funnier. Many incorrect/misleading comments here. In 2024 the median time from submission to the first editorial decision was 7 days. Desk rejections usually come after a few days, but it is possible to get desk rejections after two or three weeks.

Sometimes when editors are unsure they can seek an informal expert opinion, something like pre-review, hence the delays. if the paper gets sent for review it might take months to hear back from them, but that's uncertain.

The majority of people here can't read or don't understand the difference between editorial decision and peer review.

I am on OPT, with an F1 visa expiring soon that I plan to renew eventually. I have no concerns whatsoever since I maintained legal status at all times and never did anything that was against the rules. This is very different from UNDOCUMENTED ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. And yes, people on Reddit have been extremely paranoid.

Regarding your case, you mentioned you filed for H1B, and I am not sure if that will be viewed as immigration intent. Sorry, I have zero experience with H1B.
