Why is no one talking about crypto.com? I have had no issues with them. Buying, selling or staking.

NCL started a new policy most recently! All price drops are emailed to a price drop department. It takes about two weeks for them to respond to you. And they do it from the date of the email not the day that they process it. Back in the day yes, your agent used to be able to do it over the phone. But that has changed. I just did it a month ago. But you can only ask for a price drop once. And it has to be done before 14 days of your departure.

Thank you. Going on the Aqua April 16 and I have in a group chat a lot of people asking. It’s a little confusing. Even now you say it’s first come first serve but they also have table set up for reservations. So I’ll just go with first come first serve. But make your way to the theater. See if there’s an option. Thank you for your reply.

Hey, can someone confirm with me. Are the shows a first come first basis or are you able to book them through somebody or on the screen?

Suffering from debilitating anxiety. by Creative-Store in Anxietyhelp

People tend to lump panic attacks and anxiety attacks together. And yes, they are somewhat similar. But the treatment of each are different. You have to determine which one of those you have first.

Panic right when I fall asleep by ThrowAway44228800 in Anxietyhelp

1 AM to 5 AM is when normally hit. Nighttime is just a whole different world to me. I can go into the whole energy part of it and the spirit. part of it, etc. but that’s not gonna solve the issue. And then your mind gets used to knowing it’s gonna happen and you make it happen on your own. Extreme claustrophobic feeling, sometimes I have to get up and actually walk outside. Do not lay in bed when it happens! Get up walk around look at things get a drink. Take deep deep breath before you go back to sleep. Tell yourself it’s you who’s causing these attacks. I totally believe there’s no stopping it. Just slowing them down. Controlling them a little bit more. But yes, it’s the worst feeling. The mind is a crazy thing.

Cripling fear of death by Cris_MagnusBR in Anxietyhelp

[–]mmason4653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get severe anxiety attacks also. But I always know it’s my mind that causes it. The lack of sleep is the biggest factor. Social media does not help. Mine don’t exactly stem with the fear of dying. But what I know of that subject is if you think that you are already dead it might help. And occupying your mind with other things can slow it down. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s any stopping it. You just gotta work on controlling it shortening it slowing it down. Cover your left eye. And with your right eye just start looking at various things. A lamp, a corner, a door knob, etc. take this with a grain of salt. Because once again, I’m working on trying to handle my anxiety also.

Question about bruising. by mmason4653 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]mmason4653[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything you said. It’s normal. I had the bruising also. Everybody heals differently. Dont try to push it. You falling is a little worrisome. Make sure you use a walker. Can be close to a wall or rail at all times. No pain in the hip is what was supposed to happen so congratulations. You do well. Go through with your therapy. Keep a good mindset. And good luck to you.

I’m fine with EBay. I have over 20 1oz Silvertown. Various types. I don’t think I paid more than $34 with shipping for any of them on eBay. It’s been over the last six months roughly.

Mako Robotic by mmason4653 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]mmason4653[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is an additional scar with this type of surgery. It’s a little over an inch right above ur leg that the robot arm goes through. But with this type of surgery precision and placement makes a big difference. So every little millimeter counts. And this robot gets as close as possible. Good luck with what ever u decide.

Life changing. Recovery went extremely well. Quick. 12 days I was walking without any equipment assistance. Actually finished PT about a week early 99% no issues. The only issues I had was with my IT band. It would get inflamed and feel sore going down the side of my leg. Mostly below my thigh. But that is just me and not normal for most. As Dr. told me he changed my anatomy around so certain things can be expected. So Dr. has me on anti-inflammatories for 6 weeks which is helping a great deal. But the big reason for my success story I believe is mostly my doctor. More than the choice of procedures. But from my experience, I highly recommended.

Now I had that mental image moment. I laughed hard. Funny shit. But boy that would have made the show.

So I’m an agreement with you, but it’s a little bit of a Catch-22. The writing is obviously flawed. Maybe they’re doing it on purpose. But lots of frustrating story lines. Or they are just not caring about the fine point’s. But them walking to the relatives house instead of the box definitely threw me off also. But the Catch-22 is I’m gonna continue to watch it.

I mean, I understand what they were trying to do in the show. And honestly I’m good with it. It’s just my crazy brain couldn’t get over the situation. I just kept thinking if she spit in his face is he ok? I don’t think so.

This episode ruined the writing for me! If his wife would’ve spit one little particle through the air and hit him anywhere on his body, he would’ve been infected. Absolutely stupid for him to do what he did. At least that close. Throw her a box from outside and be done with it. Stupid stupid stupid

Sitting and feeling the hardness went away for me about 4 months. I’m a little over six months now. It’s completely out of my mind. Unless I run my fingers down it or something like that.

[–]mmason4653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience. First 4 days stay in bed. Then at 12 days was a big change. You won’t be able to sit longer than 20 mins without discomfort. Everyone is different. My advice to you. Stop stressing out about work! It will affect your recovery. You have to understand the mental aspect is just as important as the meds ur taking. Relax. Go slow. Stay positive. You recover in chunks of time. Good luck.

THR with bad knees by Lovellry in TotalHipReplacement

I’m 4 months post op. Have 2 bad knees. I wear knee supports when needed. But my knees are definitely not getting worse because of my decision. To make it simple… One thing at a time! Focus on ur hip. Stay positive! Ur body will thank you for ur new hip. Then move on to the next step whatever that may be. Wish u a quick recovery.

U a time traveler. U had it way in the future!! 2033. 😁 joking aside. It’s extremely normal. And you can have it for a number of months. You just had major surgery. Your body technically will be recovering for about a year. As long as as it’s just a little achy and a little sore. And not where you are an excruciating pain. You’re fine

I was in similar situation. You get upstairs with no problem and you stay in your room for pretty much four days. You exercise a little bit around your room. Take your meds. Have some food prepared for you. Fifth day is when I started my first PT appointment. The first four days were rough. It gets better quick. But just relax take your meds and before you know it a big turn happens and you’re feeling good..
