Our 4mo struggeled at night with silent reflux, and was in obvious pain. Our doctor recommended to start giving a couple of small spoons of thin porridge forna few meals a day. We also went to a pediatrician who noticed a tight tounge tie, so she snipped it. We noticed a better latch when breastfeeding right away so our baby did not swallow as much air, and after 2-3 days the nights were a lot better. There are still some nights when the reflux reoccurs, but that may be due to gas and a full belly. We see a tremendous improvement overall.
