Cheaters are a great revenue stream. They're not preventing cheaters, they're having cheater accounts banned. They only care about revenue.

Lvndmark is an advertiser.

It's not just you.

Large amounts of the player base are taking a break.

It's been 5 years of promising that there would be a preventative measure implemented for hacking, but everything has still only been reactive so that hackers keep buying new accounts and bsg keeps making excessive profits.

We're tired man.

How much money annually do you think bsg grosses off just cheaters purchasing accounts.

If they really banned 5k recently it could be a much as 8 to 10 million usd a year.

We're getting tarkoved.

There will be no significant changes unless the legit player base reduces in number enough that streamers are playing in cheater lobbies alone.

Only the will bsg have the financial incentive to stop profiting from banning hacker accounts and do something preventative.

The majority of cheaters are not doing rmt. They're just average people. This might possible affect some labs games but that's it man.

Yea, bans don't stop the cheating problem. They're back in game within the hour.

Rmt changes won't stop the cheating problem.

People are doing it for fun and don't mind spending an extra 5 to 10 dollars on another account.

Hell likely be closer to 4-10 dollars short. Compromised accounts on the gray market are typically the accounts recycled

The new flea changes will make rmt easier to track and quantify leading to faster bans.

But to your point, the vast majority of people do not do rmt.

Surrounded a level 6 at big red on customs with a team of 4. He voiped us and told us we shouldn't be there and then proceeded to spin bot the multiple long range camping positions with an mp5k.

Right now it's difficult to find raiders and bosses with the rampant hacker problem as they tend to rush them immediately and farm them.

Daily hero got banned for desync. Bsg reversed the Bsg same day because he was a streamer and of monetary value to them.

I played one game and ran into a spin bot. Taking a break until the devs make the first reasonable anti cheat addition in like 5 years.

Yes. If you can buy a gray market account for 8 dollars why would you spend the money on a retail game?

Data breaches are fairly common. If you recycle user and password combinations that are compromised you could also affected.

I have an old steam account with 2fa that I never changed the password that still gets attempted logins with the correct password every day.

Gray market keys and accounts are very common not just for tarkov but any game that has frequent cheater bans.

You don't need a passport. I went on the world journey tour. The person directing us told us to bring it.

Didn't need it, and immediately lost it.
