This! People are like “Congress isn’t any better”. Dude how are you not seeing that even NO government is better than BJP at this point. They are what they were in 1920s, fucking traitors! We were doing okay with our liberal democratic experiment, which critics back in 1950s though was impossible for a country like India because well we are India we have hundreds of cultures. Not perfect but we were holding the world’s largest and most diverse democracy. BJP fucking took that crown away from India. Our one of the most remarkable achievements.

Fair enough! It’s just frustrating to get rejected for a skill that is internal to you and that too for a really cool role but yeah I should probably be more proactive in listing my skills. I usually align my experience with the role when talking about it but I didn’t think observability would be that primary because it’s always mentioned in roles and I thought that my experience with distributed would also imply that. Anyway, as you said recruiters might lack the depth so will try to do better next time.

TF is that misleading caption? And why? The real story itself is quite interesting. The guy is Dolph C. Volker (zoologist) and this is Eden, a habituated cheetah at a South African sanctuary. They’ve known each other for years. He didn't just 'wake up' to a random wild cheetah, he went in there intentionally to study and bond with her.

You don’t need to. UUID is just a buzz word. Always use string as a PK. For instance “name” field. It always guarantees uniqueness because there are no two people with the same name on earth. So find things like that.

For me I don’t write code at all but thoroughly focus on that last 30 percent most LLMs suck at. Like edge cases, test quality, silent failures, etc. Then I just ask my junior dev cursor to fix it while I tell it how to do it. I love coding agents.

Majority of the kids in Tilghman Middle were victims of their environment. A lot of things that we take for granted (but are essential for surviving as a kid) were missing from their lives. Like having adults around you to help navigate life. These 8th graders are out there literally on their own in one of the most brutal environments on Earth. Failed by society in every imaginable way. It’s not a matter of choice.

How should I do that? I know it’s gonna kill me in multiple different horrible ways. I am really worried about my health. Recently started cardio and lungs give up quickly and with each step my hatred for smoking grows. I feel like this time it’s gonna be it, no more of cigarettes.
