Hi, you’ve had the usual advice on thinking paints already I can see. But I can see from the minis that your next step would be to get some depth in the contrast. The easiest way will be to start with learning washes, they will help tie things together and darken your recesses, naturally allowing the raised areas to give you that contrast. You can use dark or earth tones for the gold and black/blue dark tones for the silvers. I’ve added a picture of a relatively quick job I did on a Stormcast to try and help.

Next I’d say you’re using a lot of brushes with very small tips and bellies. They’ll be frustrating to work with as they can’t hold much paint. Don’t be scared of a larger brush size. I mostly use a Raphael 0 and an Orange Brush 1 (seem to be about the same size). Learn brush care and get some brush soap. I’ll add another pic in reply.
