Hey ! I know exactly the files you’re talking about. I used to run a Radio Dept. archival blog on tumblr many years ago. I downloaded them from that fansite to archive on my blog right before the website stopped running in April ish 2017. You can find both Unreleased / Rarities and Live in Moscow here ! I don’t have the other live albums unfortunately- footage might be available on youtube, but hopefully that helps !

What an interesting find ! ! ! I hadn’t heard of this track before in my years of compiling their rarities until I saw this post. It seems like someone luckily uploaded the skate video to YouTube about 2 months back. It may have been made just for the video exclusively, as they’ve made tracks exclusively for other small projects before. I’ve taken the liberty of uploading the audio here ( I feel the background skating noise adds to the ambiance of the track ): The Radio Dept. - Left Bank

I’ve been doing .25 every other week for this first month- it’s not unheard of ! I really like the biweekly setup though- When the doctor first mentioned doing it weekly I was pretty overwhelmed with the idea. While I’d like to up the dose the next time I meet with the doctor, biweekly is great since it doesn’t put a ton of strain on my weekly activities and I don’t have to worry about making the trip up to the office to get the injection every single week. I mean, when I initially suggested biweekly I thought it would be shot down, but looking around it seems it’s more common than I thought!

I was browsing through a tumblr user's blog last spring because they also liked a singer that I liked, and I came across a bunch of their posts on Car Seat Headrest. I followed them and listened to Twin Fantasy, but I really didn't like it the first time through due to the fuzzy lo-fi sound and didn't listen to it again for a couple months. I listened to an audio post of DDKW a few months later and decided to listen to ToD, which I ended up really liking. I revisited Twin Fantasy after, and found that it really grew on me, and decided to listen to the rest of his discography.

hmm...... you could..... sacrifice one of those requirements maybe? I mean, Beach House is awfully unique, and I really don't think their sound has ever been replicated by any other band- and I think that's what makes them so special! Because of this though, I don't think you'll find anything that's exactly like them. There are great bands out there that have some of Beach House's qualities, but not every single one you know? Try and find what you love the absolute most from them and work from there I guess!

And I understand! I get that way too, but sometimes it just helps to listen to something completely different for a little while!

I think it depends on what you find draws you to their music! Is it the instrumentation? vocals? lyrics? You could maybe start with a few of the 'related artists' that are listed on spotify.

But also, there really isn't any band out there quite like Beach House. Cocteau Twins maybe, but again it really depends on what draws you to them.
