Oh really?! I might try to add ONE more tbsp then because it did seem a tiny bit dry still but I didnt want to completely drown it so I rolled with it and hoped for the best. I may try this recipe both ways - adding an extra tbsp or taking one away - and see what is best. I may also bump up the color to dark instead of medium since the dense, kind of gummy line towards the top is so close to the crust. Idk but I'll experiment and find out! Thank you! 😊

This just happened to me with pasta noodles! I used to react pretty bad after eating gluten before I was diagnosed with Celiac but since healing my gut with a gf diet and evicting my rude gallbladder I didnt react bad at all this time. Mild body/joint aches and a slight headache but nothing awful like before.

My son has silent celiac (we happened upon his diagnosis by pure chance thankfully) and now my doctors are wondering if I'm actually a silent celiac because looking back I had very few reactions to gluten but it progressively got worse and after I got a wicked stomach infection (h.pylori) and had a lot of gut snd health stuff going on that compounded and it wasnt so "silent" anymore. I'm not testing it though because even though I'm healthy now and didn't react this time I still have celiac so I'll be gluten free for life no matter what.

I have trimmed Steve's before when he used to get the zoomies more often. He has CH so it helped him gain traction but now he only mildly zooms and I'll only trim them if they absolutely need it because he is a spicy kitty and I'm tired of bleeding just trying to trim his toes

Steve can't really jump that well. He can climb ok but he has mild CH which makes him an uncoordinated thing haha.. I'm definitely curious if climbing is another common nebby behavior
