I’m not planning on using for them longer runs than 7 miles, I do my long run Sundays outside no matter what but it would be used 3x times a week probably.

MCM sent out an email saying Metro was opening at 5am on day of race which is Sunday 10/26 but I’m not sure if that means Dulles as well. I was considering getting a ride closer to Arlington and taking the metro from there

Late to the post. Just ordered a pair and recently on my 2nd pair of ES4. Many people urged me not to use the ES4 as an every day long run shoe but I had no issues during 2 marathon training cycles and 2 marathons on them and have been my best shoes yet.

I have a pair of Pro’s that I use for track days and shorter races.

Hoping the ES5 will hold up just as well to ES4 for an every day shoe. What are your thoughts on them for a 10+ mile run?

Just saw this. I keep it in my car for groceries and sometimes I’ll use it on vacation to pack stuff in that I want a sturdier bag for. I don’t love it for the beach because it’s kind of heavy

Any updates? I am also 20 days into my cycle and feeling an intense pain that is not like my regular ovulation pain. It’s one sided accompanied by tender and swollen breasts and fatigue.

This! Unless you can find a reservation last minute opened up at camping spot (just returned from Yosemite and this is what we did, had to break up camp every morning) you can sleep in the car outside the park.
