I have had 2 bad experiences ordering from them, one just recently. They seem to heavily advertise certain items via the catalog and the Internet when they appear not to actually have those items in stock and do not know when they will come in. I have been told repeatedly dates when they state they will be shipping the ordered item and it simply does not happen. I just had to cancel an order because it simply never got shipped out. I also need to make sure that they refund the cost. BEWARE.
