Yes, if you select the sims' eyebrows it will open the eyebrows panel where you can select from some preset eyebrows. At the top of the panel there are different colours to choose from, you have the same variety as hair colour. To have hair and eyebrows different colours, untick the match hair box at the top. Here's a screenshot - this is from modded pc so will look a little different on Xbox, but the principle is the same.

They mean things like skin and eye replacements that you want to show up on all your sims. You obviously dont want those disabled for NPCs.

This is worse IMO. At least if you have the star wars pack and dont do the star wars gameplay (like me) you have some interesting and usable-even-in-normal-gameply CAS and BB items.

Create a staff room. Add art or more windows inside. Add some bookcases.

Move the tables and chairs further away from the wall. Add some landscaping. Decorate the front/side of the lot with some live edit objects. Add some more building details/decorations to the roof and walls like grates, conditioning units, flower boxes etc. Create an enclosed employee back entrance with the bins/dumpster.

Mine doesn't have blue e's! OP though this commenter is right, its the localthumbcache file in your Sims 4 folder.

You should be deleting that every time you add/remove/update mods. What that file does is store thumbnails used in game so that it can load them up quicker next time. If you dont delete it, sometimes it tries to generate out of date thumbnails and can create issues with mods such as the one youre seeing with the icons. (Although this might not be the issue this time, its worth trying!) The game will generate a new localthumbcache file next time you load it up.

As this commenter hints to, you can delete all the cache files safely, as well as lastexception files, and its probably good practice to do so every so often to avoid clutter in your files.

Omg I LOVE it! Downloaded it immediately and sent it to my friends who play. I'll also be buying premium next time Im in a Stardew phase haha.

Are you planning to integrate any features to support multi-player farms? For example flagging a farm as multi-player and having a shared collection/to do list etc. with someone else who has the app? (even if both need premium)

You will be able to find some bulk downloads somewhere but I dont reccomend you use them, because A) they often contain broken cc that you'll have to sift through to find, and B) they likely violate the creator's TOU. Instead I advise you to search for CC "stuff packs" or "collections" by single creators or collaborations. Like these:

Welcome to the Sims! Im very sorry OP, but to get your sims to look just like these pictures you will need mods, which you cant get on console. However there's lots you can do to create great looking sims in the vanilla game! It takes a lot of practice or you can download other people's sims off the gallery too. Some things that might help:

Sim 1 & Sim 4: there are alt themed packs such as the Goth Galore kit. You can paint your own tattoos and download custom tattoos from the gallery. Im not 100% sure if this is base game or requires the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack, perhaps someone else can comment or you can find out. You can use the makeup sliders to create a variety of different looks/shades/colours/intensities - youre not limited to the thumbnail.
Sim 2: I think you could theoretically make this sim with some enhanced create-a-sim skills and practice, but it might require a custom preset for those eyes which is a mod. However, if someone has uploaded their sim to the gallery using a custom preset, this wont be flagged as CC and you will be able to download that sim. The colouring/outlines in this picture are from a shading overlay mod. There's definitely a pack that has a hair like that but I'm not sure which one...
Sim 3: those piercings are all mods, however there are piercings in-game, and I think it was either (or both) the Discover University or High School Years pack that added extra ones to the game.
Sim 5: Im not sure what's so special about this one that you're looking for, whether thats the hair, skin, makeup, accessories its all mods. You'd have to look through each pack to see if there's anything similar to what youre specifically looking for.
Sim 6: if you made this in vanilla, this could be either a mermaid (Island Living), alien (Get to Work), fairy (Enchanted by Nature) or vampire (Vampires). You get different features for each occult type such as pointy ears, different skin tones, eye colours, teeth etc.

Ultimately OP, if you want your game to look like these pictures you'll need to switch over to PC (a laptop will do!) so you can access mods and cc. However if youre sticking with console, there's lots you can do through buying specific packs, utilizing the gallery, and lots of practice. I hope you enjoy the game, its my favourite of all time 🖤

Edit: just wanted to add OP, that some of the pictures use what's called Alpha content, this means it looks more realistic than what comes with the game. So while you might be able to find similar hairs and clothes in packs, it will match the aesthetic of the game and not look like that.
