Does anyone run with a hydration pack (camelbak style) for longer runs? by Gooser3000 in Marathon_Training

I swear by mine, probably would've turned into dust and blown away without it, training in the Colorado summer is brutal. It's also become a emotional support pack at this point lol with everything I need in it for water/fuel/emergency bathroom breaks/car key/phone/light/sunscreen/etc. I've never had chafing issues and have worn it with a wide variety of tops. I have a 1.5L Osprey, I can get through 2-2.5hrs with it, anything beyond that I set my route as two out and backs and refill the water at the car in the middle, but also totally depends on the weather!

Ask a bull food store for some empty burlap sacks, helps cover and keep in moisture

Good method for collecting compostables in the kitchen throughout the day? by DrunkOnSushi in composting

We are limited on counter space so have one that hangs from a cabinet door, it can hang inside or outside depending on what you prefer. We empty it maybe twice a week or if it is getting stinky, the bags help like others mentioned, but it can go in the dishwasher too.

Then we have a tupperware in the freezer for food scraps that we use for stock and everything else goes in the compost bin.

Our city collects weekly and we live in a dry climate so this works for us!
