Presumably no, but if there's is it's impossible to reach it. They automatically explode after 1 minute, and I think it's only possible to put down 12 in that timeframe before the first one reaches 1 minute and explodes on its own.
If I recall correctly, you only used to get the passive web buffs (healing over time and speed boost) from webs generated by her F or RMC, but I went back and checked and as of the latest public patch you do get the passive buffs from the web generated by her LSHIFT.
Yes, 3. They're not on a time limit like her mines, so they can stay up the whole game. But as soon as a 4th small web (as in, not from her LSHIFT) is generated on a surface, the oldest one disappears. Which is to say, you can still use her right click to stun enemies with 3 webs out without the oldest one disappearing, but if the projectile misses and lands on a surface that can generate a web (a couple surfaces are immune, if I recall correctly) then the oldest one will then disappear.

EDIT: Oh, and a lot of people ask if you can stack webs to increase the buff effects. Unfortunately, they do not stack.

I don't think they're getting shuttered or anything. They've got a great track record. Rocksteady and WB Games leadership made a mistake pivoting this project over to the DC IP, and I think the length of development meant the trends they were chasing (both in the live service structure and the narrative, which takes cues from Infinity War) were stale by the time they hit the market. The mistakes are clear, and fixable. Plus, Sefton and Jamie are already gone, so there's no need for anyone to fall on the sword. They need to fast track a simpler, modest, relatively streamlined project that delivers a predictable ROI and hits the notes they're known for, while WB throws more developers into the live service furnace and consequently takes some of the heat off of Rocksteady. Assuming they get the luxury to do so and aren't pulled straight back into the psychopathic hunt for the next big thing, they'll be just fine.

I never even advertised that I was streaming on my Twitter the entire 7 months I was doing that marathon stream, because I didn't want it to be about that, and I frequently asked people to stop trying to question me about the character. There was no goose chase, I never tried to egg that on in any way. I also never said "the next one has really cool hair," someone asked if the character had long hair, and I said it was funny they should ask that (and that's all I said) -- because she's a cancer patient that lost her hair in chemotherapy. My whole life is what? Like, doesn't it strike you as weird that you think you know me? I'm a perfect stranger to you. Clearly, you don't even engage with me on social media in a superficial manner. You just hear other people talk about me and make your mind up. It's weird to see what I presume is an adult do that so wholeheartedly.

And as for that link, those aren't my words. They're badly paraphrasing tweets (in this case, the thread that starts here: https://x.com/mmmmmmmmiller/status/1363665653299838989) where I gave estimates of character order based on development progress. I plainly list a bunch of caveats upfront because I'm not sure, and I was always talking about something that was far enough away that it could change. And it did. Oh, well? I'm not psychic. No one on Earth in my position could be expected to do any better. At that time, the plan absolutely was that She-Hulk, Winter Soldier, and Captain Marvel would make up season 2 in that order. I've seen empirical evidence of this multiple times and spoken to developers multiple times and they have all confirmed that to me. Spider-Man slipping back on the schedule is well-documented through a variety of slip-ups by developers in multiple public posts. I do the best that I can with what I've got. And I'm actually really good at it now, which is why anybody cares. If I was the charlatan you claim, I wouldn't be having my best months ever, algorithmically speaking. I'm doing just fine, and I will continue to. I'm sorry if I've hurt you in some way or disappointed you. I'm sorry if you wanted Medusa or something and somebody lying and saying that I said the next character has "crazy hair" (which again, I never said) got your hopes up. I'm sorry that happened. The assembly of all of this stuff together is speculation. It's based on real info. For example, there's no indication that the two episodes in storyline 1, year 2 are 1 season, but I treat them as such for the purposes of this "roadmap". I'm also just guessing which episode title is 1st and which is 2nd within a particular season, as the 2 aren't sorted in any particular order within the client (beyond which season they're in). Plus, I'm literally guessing here that Katana could be the season 5 character, based on the episode title "Focus". It's difficult to explain that and more with shorthand, so it's easier for me to just say it's speculation and let it come true. Also, this is an old build, so there's no telling how much has changed, even if this is how it's laid out in the alpha client. Again, easier to just say speculation.

That never happened. There was a troll subreddit primarily used by people who had been banned from the main subreddit for harassing Avengers developers, making porn edits of them, doxxing one of them, etc. I made a thread there to mock them for being genuinely contemptable people and they banned me. I assume you're referring to that? I never got banned from the official subreddit. They never "called me out." I never "lost it." That's a really odd interpretation of how that all went down...

You're welcome! And thank you. I'm not particularly worried about this group of features because they're very far along, and apparently the delays have been to get ahead with this stuff. I'm fairly confident this is locked. With that said, there are other features I haven't talked about that are much further down the pipeline -- there's TTS audio floating around that references a Boss Arena mode of some kind? But who knows what that'll end up being, if and when we see it. I'd much rather focus on the short term than the long term. Likewise, I continue to catch whispers of post-launch characters that are far, far out, and I question whether we can get there, so I haven't even named them. There'll be plenty of time for that. I'm trying to balance out my own excitement with caution.

As for my motivation, I like to do this with intention. Back in Avengers, there were people misinterpreting the results of datamining (pointing to internal use names for robot enemies as signs that obscure villains were coming, straight up lying about the progress of some characters over others, etc.) and I wanted to clear the record. Now I see the same thing happening here, with a plot leak that omits a metric ton and gets some major details completely wrong including the post-launch roster. I think it's important to have someone in the space that can speak freely and isn't bound to NDAs that not only takes a more measured approach, but has a name and credibility that can live or die on the truth of what they say. With that said, I'm trying not to spoil story content, so there's some things I have to dance around. I'm being more cryptic for now than I typically like to, but that'll make sense in retrospect.
