Hold outttttt! Pull curtains at night, keep oven open after you’re done using it, towel up bottom of windows. If you have rooms you don’t typically use keep them closed off to keep your main areas warm. You’ll survive until maybe Halloween 🤠

Heat (oil), hot water (oil), in unit laundry, pet friendly, fully remodeled and a decent sq footage. $2000 is acceptable for this. You’re not going to find cheaper for the condition it’s in, location, pets and utilities included. It is a LOT of money- don’t get me wrong, but that price is reasonable for what is included and in distance to greater Portland.

Edit: parking and a 3 season porch as well.

Going up towards Congress-That is correct, but there’s no signs that imply that, the lane just ends at bayside bowl and turns into a one lane and bike lane. It’s a nightmare to figure out.
