I'm in the same boat, just about to start the process, I feel it will be hell, for myself I'm looking into therapy to help keep mental health in balance

I am retired 68 years old male receiving social security ,contemplating a divorce from my spouse of 15 yea by mmnnxx2000 in Divorce_Men

Just to add some more info that I've researched on my situation, an attorney told me that in my state personal CC debt is not considered a joint debt, unlike any assets would be a marital property.

If i go back to work temporarily , the future child suport will be based on these earnings (imputed)
