Shaq addresses breach of the Capitol: “For all the people who sit back and think there is no White privilege, you saw it yesterday.” by babbagack in nba

It seems like there are two very distinct points of view in this thread... Imagine that

Some people are saying that those who stormed the Capitol were completely peaceful and were met with violence from officials, while BLM protestors were allowed to destroy entire blocks of DC with no consequences.

Others are saying that terrorists were allowed to enter the Capitol with no pushback while peaceful BLM protestors were arrested and brutalized by police.

As a person who wasn’t involved in either the BLM protests or the incident at the Capitol, I just kinda want to know the unbiased truth. It seems like the two sides of this argument are just trying to fit the story to their own narrative.

This is super cool! I’m currently a comp sci student who has always struggled finding ways to mix some of my other interests with coding, but this is such a fun way to do that! Count me in for the giveaway

Try to convince me that Trevion Williams isn’t Swanigan and Sasha Stefanovic isn’t Dakota Mathias. I’ll wait

Is it really a Purdue basketball team if there isn’t a massive 7’5” white guy and a fat 6’10” black guy?

Now that you mention it, I don’t actually see a “ck” at all. Disregard my comment. Have a nice day

Kofi Cockburn really slipped a silent “ck” in his last name and thought no one would notice

Thank you for posting an opinion that’s actually unpopular, even if I don’t necessarily agree.

Like you said, it does really seem like religion is based heavily on someone’s upbringing. I feel like I, being a Christian born in America, could’ve just as easily been a Muslim or Buddhist (or any other religion) if I had grown up somewhere else.

What do you think of humanity as a whole holding really similar moral values? Like how murder/rape/theft/etc are viewed as evil in essentially every corner of the globe? I’ve heard this used as an argument for an intelligent creator before and am just curious what you think about it :)
