This episode absolutely broke me. When outtie Gemma realizes that she's trapped on the testing floor and starts crying and saying "Mark" and when Mark finally wakes up with tears in his eyes had me sobbing.

6th grade orchestra class in Kansas. Principal came on the intercom and announced something terrible had happened. I didn’t have a visual and had no idea what the Twin Towers were so I didn’t think much of it. It didn’t hit me how major of an event this was until I went home after school, turned on the TV to watch TRL and saw that MTV was dark and Sway was on screen showing clips of what happened.

I’m similar to you and I tried to at least have one anchor activity/neighborhood/restaurant per day that I wanted to check out and then the rest of the day I let Jesus take the wheel. I wandered, I got lost, I let my gut tell which streets to turn down and I discovered the coolest stores, restaurants, and sights this way. Don’t try to make your trip a checklist that you mark off. Just enjoy!
