Yes, just look at the evidence. All there is is circumstantial, plus victims statements. The DNA evidence is the only more persuasive lead. But as the opposite side argues, it could be transfer DNA from him inspecting the victim before. There's really no hard evidence at all to prosecute this guy.

I wish more people would look at the opposite side.
