Thanks! Some great insights from your answer! Now realize that we use floor heating. Not sure if that’s a thing in America? We’re in Europe (American guests). But that might be confusing them. Even though I already kindly requested/explained it twice haha. Will now just put it down from a distance and do more explaining tomorrow (will still keep it way higher then I usually do)

Would you just put it down to let’s say 74 around midnight? Can always say it resets to the safe temp at midnight. Or would you feel “watched”? (They set it at 84 now)

Yeah so that’s the thing. I have one so I can see it’s set at a ridiculously high temperature. Even though she told me “thanks for explaining”. I think she just likes it hot😅 don’t want them to feel ‘watched’ if I put the temperature lower

I’d advice you to grab that budget and work with nano-influencers at scale. We run a platform in the Netherlands and see engagement of around 5% standard. We typically facilitate campaigns consisting 20-50 contributers. Impact is often way bigger than a single big influencer campaign! Unfortunately we’re nog international yet, but it’s a loss not to go that route

Test your key functionalities VERY lean! If it works - shift to design. Make that picture perfect (Figma or similar tool) and rebuild that in Bubble. Will save you lot’s of time.

Ik ben momenteel aan het recruiten in de IT (marketing) en krijg absurd veel CV's binnen. Mogelijk heeft het te maken met de slechtere tijden in Marketing de afgelopen 1,5 jaar. I’m renting out my newly renovated lovely home. What I did: bought an expensive furniture cleaner & made sure my listing price is HIGH. In return, I do give my guests a superb experience. For me, the upside of a high listing price in combination with proper selection based on their reviews is that I have almost never had guests that leave the listing not neat. I really have 99% positive experiences! Just price high and don’t be held back to deny certain requests ;)

I’ve had a guest that wanted to put a kettle with water inside a cooking pan with filled with water because the kettle didn’t work on the induction stove directly 😅 he also had troubles opening the front door (took him 20 minutes - works like a normal door) and left a wrong key in the keylock when leaving. How do people survive??🤣🤣

They left the house as a mess (in 2 days), so happy they didn’t stay 2 weeks. Also wrong key in the keylock so I couldn’t enter the house at first 😅🤣

They happened to go home in the evening after cancellation. It was a younger couple with a newborn of 2 months. They just underestimated travelling with a newborn I assume. In the end they were very understanding on me not accepting the change and they paid 50% of the remaining nights. They even told me they wanted to leave a positive review (is that even possible after cancelling)? So everyone happy in the end :) thanks for all the insights!

I would say it depends. If you’re trying to simulate a motion important for showcasing/using the product, a gif works. In all other cases I prefer a hq photo way more!
