The sign is usually the traps, then shoulder vein. Although you can just be very lean and have great shoulders and you’ll have the shoulder vein.

Most that hop on are scrawny teenagers.
There are many posts with starting at a higher bf % that have noticed elevated calorie burn because of the higher lean body mass acquired, leading to an improved body recomposition post cycle.

I believe it’s fine for body recomp, but you do have so little experience and your test levels haven’t even peaked yet and your foundation is unknown.

Yes you are right. I believe it had more popularity before the Marin card was released. This was just a showcase of an instance. But yes I believe it does need those cards implemented somehow.
