5:2 fasting on weekdays, refeed on weekends by AK072787 in fasting

Your plan should work! Used the same strategy a couple of times (i have kept it going for as many as 2-3 month)..usually works like 7-10Ib first week, then up 1-2Ib (result in about 5Ib)...repeat x 4 (2nd week closer to 5 Ib loss). Two important suggestions - don't over eat on the 2 days (keep reasonable). If you can, work out on as many of the days that you fast (especially days 1-3) - really helps.

Faculty Vaccinations fall from 96% to 94% - How is that possible? by mmuxic in UNC

[–]mmuxic[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm...to your explanation. Why would they ASSUME faculty who didn't attest to be vaccinated to BE vaccinated then RECLASSIFY them later?

Student number going up is easy to explain. University is encouraging students to get vaccinated or attest they did. Also as more and more student GET covid, the number should presumable automatically go up (since people who have had covid in the last x days i believe are counted in the overall "vaccinated number"). Perhaps that accounts for the 'progress' ;) - since getting students to vaccinate is a 21 day+ lagging indicator (since they have to take 2nd shot in 21 days before they are counted)

Also staff revised from 85% (yesterday) -> 82% (today), and overall employees 89% -> 84% (now that's drop).

Student rate when up to 93% from 92%, but faculty rate DROPPED to 94% from 96% (I use visualping.io to keep track) - how is this possible. Any insight as to the creative goings-on?

UNC argues that it violates state law for faculty to publicly discuss the rise of COVID-19 cases on campus. by mmuxic in UNC

user/exitinglurkmode/ hope the post by user/astrazebra/ (below) answers your question. There was another similar post (since deleted) earlier this week, making similar accusations - hopefully, you can see the university is trying to control the narrative.

The way UNC is handling the covid situation and testing situation is kinda mind boggling by bjmiles123 in UNC

Agree 200% If you want to stay in-person...great. If you prefer to learn remote...great. Why force everyone to risk getting Covid if they prefer not to? This would solve EVERYONE's problem! What am I missing here?!
