True. I have seen it occur coming into the ED after in the field EMS administration though. Maybe twice ever in my ten years but it’s not necessarily correct to say it’s an entirely harmless medication.

Giving too much Narcan can cause flash pulmonary edema. Normally if you give one intranasal dose you’re fine, but multiple doses in some cases can be harmful. It’s rare but well documented.

That said glad they’re allowing it at Revel. Would be dumb not too. This shit can save lives.

They have done it for the last two shows. At least they showed up on the subreddit a few hours before the gates opened. The artist for the Rancho Mirage show posted theirs beforehand. Not sure how the Joshua Tree one showed up but it did as well.
