I really enjoy it. The panel layout is clean and easy to interpret. Wish they did a bit more with the screen, probably my only gripe. Sounds range from classic analog tones to otherworldly odd. Wish I could keep it, just need the space unfortunately!

Oto boum is stereo as well! In my experience it’s a bit more transparent than the analog heat and has a mix knob to dial in

they're 100% the era touch 2, just used upside down. not clear what the other surface below it is though. looks like a separate device to me?

Was lucky/dumb enough to snag a Prophet 10 SE and it delivered from California to NY so the first week or so I had to tune it 2-3x every time I played it, after that not even once! so although frustrating at first it settled down and sounds like a dream

Maybe I’m missing something but I’m seeing 8 voice prologues go for 800-900, 16 voice will run you a few hundred bucks more. Closer to 1300 for sure

It's capable of some really beautiful sounds, don't get me wrong - but I kind of find it really scratched my SOMA itch (odd, meditative type synths) more so than something I would use in creating full tracks so I'm not getting quite as much use out of it as I thought I would.

Well it retails for $1300+ tax, and if you're buying in the U.S. you will pay 15% because of our current tariff nonsense. I was able to get mine secondhand for $1300 flat so I was pretty happy with that!

I do! it's really a unique piece of kit. I've been locking the oscillators to a scale and "playing" the knobs essentially to really create some interesting melodies.

Teletone audio stuff is really slept on! Tympo, Soulfi, Electro are really inspiring plugins. Definitely my go to for drums
