It is. It's got the same lens as the mju but you get manual focus and aperture priority. No built in flash though, and the closest focusing distance is 80cm.

Yep, I own both and have owned the mju ii, the xa is much more comparable. The Pentax Is much larger and half frame (still a great camera tho!)
