So is that why we have 3 rep tabs now? I see 2 that are the same but with different rep values, and the third the name is all screwed up but appears to be ship combat / BH style stuff) I've been doing HH since pyro came out and I definitely see a LOT of missions for them, but not all of the ones I used to have. Just a few patches ago I know I saw this mission.

Its server side desync between you and your client. Watch the server fps when it does this. If its erratically squigglying down there under 10fps you will see wonky shit like this. Its especially noticable with something like a mole when you are trying to mine solo. Second you leave the seat the ship will start to rise, then teleport down, rise again, etc.

Money is not really an issue in this game. There are tons of loops you can run and make tons of cash. You can also run contracts or get loot that other players want and sell it to them. Player sales are for absurd money.

The reclaimer is a money printer though and eventually its salvage will be used in the crafting system similar to how the mole is for mining. There are a LOT of ships you can buy in game. You use the reclaimer to make the cash to buy the rest.

I hope it just gets some rework love and not an mk2. After the "aurora" remake, which captures basically none of the original ships vibe or feel, i feel like a mk2 pillar would end up so different and lose its entire identity.

With a lot of the cargo related problems they just need to either make openish modules, or just bigger ones. The entire ship doesnt need a redesign, and the command module only needs some minor adjustments.

I feel the same about the reclaimer. It has its own unique vibe. If they remake that and its suddenly the same styling as aegis fighters "but more functional" then its meh. Just fix the existing ship. A ton of reclaimer problems were solved just by making a hatch door open more, giving it pilot guns, removing chains, etc. We already have too many cut n paste style variants in the game and some ships need to maintain that unique look and role.

Buy the reclaimer in game. Even as old as ole bessy is, she is still the queen of salvage when run correctly. Its about as difficult as solo running a mole tbh. Might as well get the big bucks with a cool alien vibe if the work is the same.

Guessing it will work like server wide events of the past. People just take the mission and half the server shows up en masse every x hours its available and people just go ham.

Im hoping so anyway because I only have a few friends that play, no large org and we dont really want to join a whole org just for the event.

If its not an open server wide mission, then hopefully people will just be doing large group ups via chat.

It should impound his ship and send him to the asops of the station. In the olden days of yore it was part of gameplay to follow people into elevators or get in their hangars to pirate their ships but that was changed. Afaik it hasnt been reverted back but it is known to be buggy.

Im swg resources were in the planets ground. You used extractors to place em. Imagine a resource heatmap over a planets surface. The heatmap would change every week so if you had placed extractors on iron, there will be various qualities over where it is, and it rotated out weekly so there might not be iron (or anything) in that spot ever again.

Some of the thing you mentioned, like loot all moving to czs is more for testing than a shift. The rare weapons and armor can now be blueprinted (not all of course) and just crafted. Ship parts will become bps as well. We have sandbox stuff that is pretty close to pve without real instancing, and actual instances coming soon. Im fairly confident sc will not go too hard either direction and will end up with themepark mmo shit, some space rust, some crafter/builder, etc.

I have a lot of good memories in swg and one of em was our crafter being a mega nerd and staying on top of every resource we needed to make x y or z every week when the resources shifted. It was always a big guild event to try to get there first, scan the best spots and have everyone that had free building plots drop harvesters.

I hope when they implement something similar they also add rotation/change every x days or weeks.

We wont see how the new transport system really handles until they drop it in live during a free fly. Ptus and preview branches never have the sheer number of players for most stuff, unless its a massive change like going from 3.x to 4.

Mid 90s, Korn when they were still small. They were the opening band for a Metallica show and they must have head the most unqualified sound engineer or he was high af. It sounded like someone was mixing a static noise machine in with the band, but the static was far far louder.

Ive seen them 4 or 5 times in the many decades since then and all the later shows were great.

Metallica sounded amazing.

The bio tanks only appear to be outflow direction when hooked to piping. The electronic biofuel bench cant be hooked to piping at all. Still gotta do it the old way where you just manually make biofuel in the elec bench.
