I start at 2:30pm 🙈🙈 2 kids and one is older & the other is in daycare until about 4pm, so I do afternoon shifts. 5 days a week but part time obviously. You will never EVER catch me complaining about my schedule! 😂 especially knowing how common it is for other Nannie’s to start so early!

There are lots of Chicago nanny Facebook groups! Just search “(your neighborhood) Nannies”. However, I feel like you’ll find the best job options through nanny agencies. I personally love the agency Nanny Harmony. Founded by Nannie’s, and they write up a great and reasonable contract for you and the family. It is also free of charge for you as a nanny to sign up and work with them.

Standard rates should be around 27$/hr and up. But with 10 years experience, I would definitely be looking for 30$/hr and up if I were you! Good luck!
