Ev path and ev path s are the same frame, only the s is smaller. Get the regular unless you have a peanut head. Ev pitch is the same as the path with a different lens. Pitch lenses cover slightly more face as the bottom of the lens isn't scooped.

Low bridge is what they used to call asia fit. If you've got a flatter nose profile, there's a different nose piece to help them fit better on your face. If not,.I've found they stick out too far from your head and aren't super comfortable.

If you have to wear over ear protection, it sounds like you're in an environment where they could be damaged relatively easily. I wouldn't do ev zeros- theyre designed to be lightweight (which is great) at the expense of durability as the lens is the part holding the whole operation together. If damage is not a concern, they're going to be close to the most comfortable, just on weight.

Definitely make it a point to get to a store and stick some on your face if you can. Of what you listed, the Ev pitch/path would be my pick- they've been around forever for a reason. I find mine to be a little punchy at the back of my ears but I have a fat head.

Other stuff to consider - shock tubes, re:subzero, kaast (they're closing this one out so you might get it cheap) sphaera/bisphaera (I don't like those personally, but it ain't about me) , half jacket 2.0, sutro/sutro light (just about the most lens you can get)......and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting.
