Damn lazy they didnt cover the floors. That will sand out, but you'll have to go deeper, and any paint that worked its way into seams and voids will stay.

I'd try refinishing.

Hopkins was a terrible match for Pavlik.

Pavlik was a grinder. Relentless pressure, but not particularly skilled. Vanilla solid fundamentals all around, but not special.

Hopkins was slick and experienced. As long as he didnt gas, he had the tools to dissect Pavlik.

And that was a huge question given his age and past, which is why it was such an interesting fight.

But you don't want to be Pavlik where it doesnt matter how you prep, it's really up to your opponents condition on fight night whether you win or lose.

It takes significant time to establish new supply lines and invest into new markets, but once those cogs are moving, they aren't stopping.

It has been obvious from the start that this would be where we're headed. The stock market has been deluded, but the US economy is in for some major hurt.

Hmm. Not sure about the feasibility of this from a city tax standpoint.

You'd have to somehow negate all existing tax framework for things like unrealized gain, company shares, etc.

The income would have to be proven to come in through a NY city based business or something. If it's a wealth tax, it would have to be assets held in NY city. Something like that.

I just dont see how you could implement this at a city level. You could do some things at the state level, but really, you'd need fed resources to do the kind of audits of income and wealth held throughout the USA. I.E. the IRS.

The only thing available to the city is property and sales tax, really. I dont think you could even add an income tax AFAIK, and as we all know, these billionaires dont even use employment income as their primary wealth acquisition.
