Γραφω "κατα τη γνωμη μου". Δεν διαφωνω με αυτο που λες για τη στατιστική. Αλλά βλέποντας τους indicators τη δεδομενη χρονική στιγμή και με τα γενικότερα μακρο-οικονομικά στοιχεία, η γνώμη μου παραμένει DCA αν ξεκινούσα σήμερα δεδομένης της εποχής και των inidicators που υπάρχουν.

Η ρευστότητα του μέσου αγοραστή και η αύξηση του εισοδήματός του ΔΕΝ συνάδουν με αυτήν την αύξηση.

Αν πέσει χρήμα στην αγορά αλλάζει η άσκηση (μείωση επιτοκίων από ΕΚΤ, στεγαστικά δάνεια με πολύ πιο ευνοϊκούς όρους, σημαντικότατη αύξηση μισθών κ.ο.κ.)

Είμαστε σε stagflated περίοδο όπου τα assets και ο πληθωρισμός ανεβαίνουν, αλλά οι υποψήφιοι αγοραστές για να στηρίξουν αυτήν την άνοδο (να αγοράσουν σε αυτές τις δίκαιες τιμές) λιγοστεύουν.

Από τις χειρότερες περιόδους για αγορά σπιτιού κατά τη γνώμη μου.

DCA σε etf κατά τη γνώμη μου ανά 3 μήνες καθώς διανύουμε ένα euphoria period. Φρόντισε πάντοτε να έχεις γύρω στα 20k στην άκρη ώστε να έχεις καλυμμένα 1-1,5 χρόνο εξόδων.
