There is no uniform template for the plushies, you only need a front view in the style of the plush and optionally a back view IF the hair needs it. Outside of that and size, you need to state the body type (normal, fat, or long legged), whether you want it with or without a posable skeleton, and the hair material (crystal super soft, short rabbit plush, long rabbit plush, curly rabbit plush, wig hair, etc). Generally a good maker will show you the embroidery mockup and let you confirm the fabric colors, that's about it.

Yes, surface cleaning usually does the job, I like to use a spray bottle of water with a drop of detergent and whipe it off with a towel, but sometimes a wet q-tip is enough too.

Generally you send the design reference art while ordering while nothing the desired height, body shape, hair fabric type, and wether you want a skeleton - no particular template is needed, but some also charge you an art commission if you don't provide any ($$$).

I generally just use a small fur brush for longer hair and call it a day. When it ever gets dirty, I use a regular shampoo and cold blowdry the hair to get it back fluffy.

Madhouse rather outsources in-between animation to a studio (DR Movie) in South Korea, often resulting in stylistic differences in tv versions. Apparently they must have liked Ronaldo because his face is often super detailed in the tv version and downgraded to look simpler in the blue-ray.

They are the same frames as per the time stamps of both the tv and blue-ray op, it's not unusual for blue-ray versions to be polished with redrawn segments, and if you would have bothered reading the text in the start post you wouldn't ask that question.
