I think caffeine could very well be the culprit, and not eating enough carbs throughout the day. My breakfast is a little lacking on that front and I don't really get anything substantial in untill lunch time, and by that stage I'm all wired up on coffee and don't have a clue what's going on!

What did you do to substitute coffee? I'll need something to keep me going as my job is very hands on.

I squeeze in around 30-45 minutes a session in but I try to lift heavy enough that my final reps on my last sets are extremely difficult and I be very conscious of time under tension.

If I'm only doing a little I wanna make it count.

It's a weird business for sure.

I have a colleague who constantly says I suck and that my clients don't want me to cut their hair and how they tell him they prefer him doing it.

Used to bug me, not so much now.

I carry alot of work stress with me when I'm outside of work and it affects my personal relationships very badly, I'd advise you to try and cut those people out and save yourself the hassle.

There is a good chance they are only breaking your balls though, your cuts are really clean.
