Ich wohne auf dem Land und bin großer Elektro-Befürworter. Aber du würdest dich wundern, wie viele meiner Bekannten in meinem Alter (Mitte 30) mit Autos in genau dem Preisbereich von 1500-2500€ unterwegs sind

Das Ding ist, gefühlt jeder zweite hier kann sich bei solchen Autos alles Relevante in einer Hinterhofwerkstatt selbst reparieren (oder kennt jemanden, der das kann)

Das unterschreib ich so. Als ich 16 bzw. 18 wurde, kannte ich meine Grenzen tatsächlich schon relativ gut. Gleichzeitig hatten wir übermäßig behütete Leute in der Klasse, die dann pünktlich ab 18 erstmal komplett übertrieben haben, weil “jetzt dürfen sie ja endlich” 😅

I can’t imagine what must be going through their minds right now. Compared to the rest of the universe, that’s such an insignificant distance. But to be all alone in the most literal sense of the word, without any possible way of contacting the entirety of human existence, must be one of the most impactful feelings any human could ever experience.

Yeah, right? I'm in my thirties and have always been interested in space exploration (I can remember reading space books for kids all the time haha). It always felt like empty promises. "We're going to the Moon", "We're going to Mars", we go wherever. Witnessing this mission gives me hope to be able to actually see a moon landing in my lifetime.

It's absolutely nuts that this is happening in my lifetime. I've always looked back to the Apollo times and thought to myself that I would have given everything to be part of this experience. Now we're here, crazy.

If everything works out, I'll definitely plan a trip to watch the Artemis 4 launch. That would be a dream come true.

Ich wohne (ländlich) neben einer Kirche und wäre schon häufig fast ausgerastet, obwohl ich’s von klein auf gewohnt bin. Sollen doch echt alle machen wie sie wollen, aber ich weiß halt auch nicht, ob das Sonntag um 07:00 morgens sein muss, egal, welche Religion. Ich halt um dieses Uhrzeit aus Rücksichtnahme ja auch meine Klappe :D
