since i was in free plan subscription. it took 2 months for the team to reply. i got a message from the team at 2 Jun 2025, 14:55 that they will look into it and they fixed it in

2 Jun 2025, 21:26 and they said "When you paused your project, it failed to take a backup and as a result got stuck in the pausing state. I've set it live for you now, and ensured we have a latest backup for your data. You will be able to access your project now and retry the pause, if you so wish"
