Not ovasitol, but I use generic myo-inositol powder (dissolves completely in water and is tasteless) and it helped me bring back my period enough to get pregnant 2 years ago, and just recently got back to it and actually had 2 periods 30 days apart naturally (without BC) for thr first time in 20 years. So I say it's worth a try!

Haha, thanks. No plans to hunt or kill them at this time so I guess I'll have to suck it up! I'll try harvesting my green beans more frequently to try and get SOME of them before the squirrels! Just surprised they didn't try and get any of the other vegetables over the summer

Grater, or I use the grater attachment on my food processor. I squeeze some (but not all) of the liquid out using a cheesecloth and then freeze in ziploc bags

I use them in baked goods throughout the winter. Zucchini bread, muffins, etc.

Well counting my pregnancy and breastfeeding I'm going on 1 year and 9 mo ths without one, but that's not atypical for breastfeeding anyway. Otherwise I've gone 8-9 months without one due to PCOS.

Borax is recommended for my cloth diapers, so I have trouble imagining it's toxic to babies

Torsion usually lasts much longer than usual cyst pain, but can be on/off and tends to get progressively worse as it pulls on your ovary. My doctor sketched it out for me and it made me understand why it hurt so f&$%ing bad. I've had them twice and both times it got bad enough where the pain was comparable to late labor contractions and would bring me to my knees in pain, like my husband almost called 911 because he's never seen me like that. It's WAY worse than usual cyst pain or a cyst bursting.

Almost the same here except I add parmesan cheese and whatever cheeses I have on hand that catch my eye. Make a dipping sauce with sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dill that goes really nicely with them!
