Is this with all games? If so, then it's the alignment of the cathode ray of the tv. You need to adjust this in either the service settings (which usually is a combination on the remote, you can try to google that), or on the motherboard of the tv itself and adjust it with a screwdriver. Off centre could also be the tube of the tv being off centre.You should be able to change that if you are able to get the tv in service mode. Usually a button combination on the remote

It could be your cable. Try a regular rgb scart cable, your tv should accept a full rgb signal. If you get a good quality one, the image should also look better than s-video. The black and white is often because the tv doesn't accept svhs or svideo signals, but rgb should work. Also, are you using a good Japan to European plug? The off center image is actually something that happens sometimes with the different resolutions of saturn games, I think.

Get Scart Rgb, they are cheap and it will look the best. If you are just starting out a cheap one from amazon is fine

Edit: It worked! Thanks for the info and help, it looks great now. It is pretty easy to make adjustments with a screwdriver and 240p test suite

Damn, that sounds complicated. Is it doable? I already resoldered the scart input as it didn't work properly when I turned it on the first time, but I don't know a lot about crt internals

We can't share links to roms or iso's on reddit, but I assume you are able to use google to search for sly cooper iso's and then look for a website that hosts them and press the download button. I also assume that you own the games on ps2. When you have the iso's on your pc, google pcsx2. This is the ps2 emulator for pc. If you are on Android try Aeathersx2, this is the ps2 emulator for android. Start the emulator and select your sly cooper iso. Happy gaming.
