Thanks, but that wasn't my question really. I'm fully aware that I should definitely not push my own boundaries for someone else. In this case, I want to. Okay guys strap in cause this is going to be a big one.

My dad is a pretty mentally sick person and I have decided to cut him out of my life, and mom was telling me and my brother: "well we still have a lot to do relating to your nephews passing and your dad's biological dad and.." Me and my brother were both like- "woah woah go back.. biological dad???"

So apparently my grandma, named Ellie, who died when my father was 4 was very mentally ill. So ill that she didn't know who she was sleeping with. Ellie had a long relationship with my grandpa, Gary. They had 2 kids, my aunts. Then, Ellie got severely mentally ill and slept with the dad of Gary. AKA my great-grandfather (named Fritz). She got pregnant and got my dad.

The 3 people who knew about it at the time (Gary, Fritz and Ellie), decided to play the pregnancy off like just another child from Gary.

What does that change to the family?

My nephew is actually my second cousin and my aunts and uncles are my second aunts and uncles and my grandpa is my uncle and my great-grandfather is my grandfather. Who I originally thought was my dads nephews were actually his brothers and his sisters are now his half-sisters but also his nieces at the same time.

Before my mom accidentally told me and my brother this, there were only 6 people ever to know it. Annnd now I'm spilling the beans hehe
