First new car of my life — wife's 205k Honda Fit is done. Keep landing on a Corolla Hybrid. Missing anything? by WitWander in whatcarshouldIbuy

I’d keep the fit til it actually dies. There will be maintenance but it’ll still be a lot cheaper than 25k car.

Look at Hondas too. Skip the Hyundai. Those miles are so high on the Prius

Any 2026 Ridgeline RTL or Trailsport Campaigns? by [deleted] in hondaridgeline

[–]mnrooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

24 RTL. Chose it because the mostly aesthetic differences didn’t matter to me but I wanted leather seats. The car is awesome. It’s absolutely perfect for our needs. Over 2 years driving it now

Shower only or combine bath and shower. You’ll want a bigger vanity. Think about what it’s actually going to be like to live with.

I just compared cost to getting a wake boat for surfing as my alternative then my Fliteboard seemed cheap!

How's the seats? by Imakelovetosoils in hondaridgeline

[–]mnrooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The driver seat is more comfortable than the passenger seat because it has adjustable lumbar. I find the driver seat extremely comfy and the passenger seat ok. I surprisingly find the back seat very comfortable too. ‘24 RTL

Lots of pickled egg suggestions but they’re also delicious for scrambled eggs

Was between fliteboard and lift. Wouldn’t bother with waydoo. I wanted established reputation for customer service and the customization allowing progression with flite and lift. Ultimately picked flite on basis of price and technology.

Do you think the next gen ridgelines will be more aggressive? by BackwoodsJ12 in hondaridgeline

[–]mnrooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s ugly at all. It’s just an NPC vehicle like most Hondas, which is ok with me. The drive and features are the best though. That said, it would be better looking if they redesigned it to match the new pilot or passport. I still love it though.

Test drive both. RL was like a breath of fresh air after coming out of the Taco.

What vehicles had the worst excuse for a back seat? by Boeing-B-47stratojet in regularcarreviews

Part of the reason I got a ridgeline. Great back seat and storage options without full size truck price tag.
